Grin R-70 is a silicone-based facial prosthetic engineered to replicate the horrifying aftermath of a torn perioral trauma—commonly known as the “Chelsea Smile.” Each side is sculpted with peeled skin textures and exposed tissue detail, creating an exaggerated, deeply unsettling effect ideal for Joker-inspired cosplay, horror builds, or cinematic villain reveals.

Cast in soft, skin-safe silicone and available encapsulated in cap plastic, the piece moves naturally with facial expressions for a performance-ready, reusable application. Pairs perfectly with blood effects or paint for custom intensity.
