DermaGel T-3D is a heat-activated special effects gel designed to simulate raised skin trauma including burns, boils, blisters, scar tissue, and creature textures. When warmed, this translucent gel transforms into a pliable compound that molds directly onto skin, setting into a flexible, semi-transparent finish that moves with the wearer.

Once applied and cooled, the gel becomes a perfect canvas for alcohol-activated or cream-based paints—ideal for body horror builds, infected flesh FX, or zombie makeup. Fully reusable and beginner-friendly.
